Dear Potential Participants,

Please click here to download the registration form.  You can submit the registration form by:

• Filling it out electronically and sending it to breakthesilence09@gmail.com
• Printing the registration form out and submit it during one of our tabling times
• Printing the registration form and turning it in to the Office of Multiculture Affairs (Suite 320 in the Student Center at Seattle University) which is open M- F 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 

Registration Fee is a sliding scale of $5-20.  You can either pay in advance at one of our tabling times or the day of the conference.
